From 69 Hwy: Exit at 135th St and go east to Metcalf. Turn left (north) and go to 129th St and turn left.

From I-435: Take the South loop of I-435 from points East or West and exit Metcalf. Go South and veer left at the stoplight just before 119th St. so that you stay on Metcalf Ave (old Metcalf). Go South to 129th St. Turn right on 129th St. We are the 2nd building on the right.

The Deer Creek ASC is equipped with two operating rooms, our Alcon LenSx Laser suite, a pre-operative and recovery suite, and a comfortable lounge area for patients and family members. In addition to cataract surgery, the ASC is used for eyelid surgery, glaucoma surgery, corneal transplants and various other eye and lid surgeries.
